Hmm i like the blur. Its seems the pic is better since its focus point is on the feather rather than the face. I also like the fact that the person (not sure if its you or not) isnt looking at the camera but away from the lense. Too many portraits have the person looking directly at the camera, which takes some of the art factor out of a photograph. Nice job on the shot. Kudos!
